The following terms and conditions apply to registration and participation in this Event:
Compliance with venue terms and conditions:
You must at all times comply with terms and conditions of entry to any venue connected with this
Event, and with any lawful directions given by its duly authorized personnel.
Full payment required:
Full payment of the registration fee and all other dues payable in connection with Your
attendance at this Event must be made preferably by electronic funds transfer/ DD/ cheque as per
schedule intimated.
Non-attendance:
(a) If you are unable to attend the conference due to Covid restrictions in your country/ place
or while travelling, or for any other reason, you may notify us in writing at any time up to
commencement of the Event, providing the particular reason(s). Also, in such a case, You
will not be entitled to a refund of Your registration and the Host will not be liable for any
losses You incur.
(b) Host is not liable to refund the registration fee if You or Your organization/ employer
willingly cancel your registration.
Cancellation or postponement of the Event by the Host:
(a) Host reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time in its sole discretion
due to circumstances beyond its control. In such is the case, reasonable efforts will be
made to inform You about the same and details of cancellation/postponement or
variation will be posted on conference website. Efforts will also be taken to inform you
to this effect via whatsapp and other social media platforms. Therefore, You are
advised to check for such notifications/alerts prior to the Event.
(b) If the Event:
(i) is cancelled: you will be entitled to refund of registration amount only, subject to proof of
payment.
(ii) is postponed: on receipt of a Variation Notice, You may:
notify hosts about your willingness to attend conference at the notified new date. In case
You cannot or do not wish to, attend/participate in the conference as postponed, you will
then be entitled to refund of registration fee, subject to proof of payment, and the Host
will not be liable for any other losses You may incur as a consequence of such
postponement, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment; or
notify host that You wish to attend/participate in the conference at its new (postponed)
date(s), in which case, the registration fee paid by You will be retained,
If no notification is received under paragraph
(ii) of this sub-clause, You are deemed to have
registered for the conference at its new (postponed) date(s) on these terms and conditions and
the fee paid will be retained as payment for the conference as postponed.
Event subject to change:
Though all efforts will be made to stage the conference as advertised, You agree that the
changes/ variations may occur without liability of any kind to You:
(a) changes to program content, its sequence or session times;
(b) changes to the speakers, other presenters, and entertainers; and/or
(c) changes to the cultural/social program and the venue(s) for food arrangements and other
social events, if any.
Reasonable endeavors will be made to arrange for suitable substitutes, subject to availability
and the circumstances that made the change(s) necessary or desirable. Notice of substantial and
material changes will be placed on this website. Kindly keep on checking for such
notifications/alerts prior to the conference.
Photography and videography:
Host may hire service providers (photo/video/streaming/audio) to document and display the
conference experience (Recording). Host may also use social media to post photos and videos
and to display select submissions at the venue and on the Host’s websites.
You irrevocably authorize Us, the Host to:
(i) record You (picture and voice) on photos, films and sound recordings; and
(ii) edit and incorporate the Recording into a photo, video gallery, short film or webinar as a
record of and for the promotion of the conference,
for no monetary or other compensation to You and You acknowledge and agree that You
have no right, title or interest in such a Recording.
Assignment (transfer) of Your registration:
Transfer of registration for this conference is not permissible
Governing law:
These terms and conditions are made under and governed by the laws applicable in New Delhi,
India, and You accept the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place
